Meet The Team

Dr. Rivera Gosciniak

After a 20 year nursing career, Dr. Rivera Gosciniak decided to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian. She has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2014 and loves serving her community's veterinary needs. She has two sons, one step-son and a grandson. She also has a Golden Retriever, Elliot, that keeps her entertained when she's not working. 

Derek Gosciniak 

Derek is a US Army Veteran who dedicated his military career to serve for our country's freedom. He has been in the veterinary field since high-school, which is where he met Dr. Rivera Gosciniak, and as they say, 'the rest is history'. Derek and Dr. Rivera Gosciniak took a leap of faith and started their own veterinary practice and have been servicing the Colorado Springs community since 2020. He has a young son, two step sons, and is also entertained by his dog Elliot when he's not working.
